Users should verify event details before purchasing tickets.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Festora may not be responsible for delays or failures caused by external payment networks, banks, Mobile Money providers, or payment processors.
5. Payouts
Eligible event creators may request payouts according to Festora's payout requirements and procedures.
Festora may delay or review payouts where necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, verification, or legal compliance.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use Festora for fraudulent activities
- Publish misleading events
- Sell unauthorized tickets
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to compromise Festora's systems
- Abuse payment or refund systems
- Use Festora for activities that violate applicable laws
7. Account Suspension
Festora may suspend or restrict accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
8. Platform Availability
We work to keep Festora available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Third-Party Services
Festora may integrate with third-party services including payment, authentication, analytics, hosting, and communication providers. Their own terms and policies may apply.
10. Intellectual Property
Festora's branding, software, design, logos, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create, subject to the rights necessary for Festora to operate the platform.
